MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Nimesulide is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase so it inhibits synthesis of destructive prostaglandins and spares cytoprotective prostaglandins.
Paracetamol is a valuable central analgesic but weak peripheral anti-inflammatory agent and exhibits antipyretic action.
Serratiopeptidase helps to reduce pain by blocking the release of pain-inducing molecules from inflamed tissues.
Cetirizine is an anti allergic, useful in both early and late phases of allergies.
